You’ve lost your vulnerable self and are trapped in the regime of performing in the grip of this suffocating world. With a fake smile on your face, you wave to the constricted world while, as a deeply unhappy being, you deceive yourself about your feelings, traumas, emotions, needs, and thoughts. But as long as you don’t confront your inner self and your thoughts, your backpack will keep getting bigger and bigger until you’re swallowed by the backpack monster and end up in a burnout (or maybe even worse). However, when you’re alone in the dark in bed with yourself, the confrontations about your personal issues really come to the surface, and you can’t avoid them anymore.
