Where can I find my invoice?

As soon as we ship your order, we’ll send you the invoice attached to the shipping confirmation. Did you just place an order? Wait until your order has been shipped. The invoice will be available afterwards.

How can I pay?

You can pay online with paypal iDEAL, credit card (we accept Visa and MasterCard), Apple Pay, Coolblue gift cards, or a bank transfer.

Do you want to pick up your package in the store? Due to the coronavirus safety measures, we ask you to pay online in advance.

Do I have to pay to return my product?

No, it’s free. You can put your product in its original packaging and send it to us. 

Print the shipping label in your email and stick it on the box. Don’t have a printer? Write the return number, freepost number, and your name on the box. Take the box to a post office in your area.

You can easily cancel it to email us at You can only cancel if your order hasn’t left the warehouse yet. Was your order already shipped? You can always follow our exchange and return page.


Exchanges and returns

At Tostiej, you can exchange or return an item for free within 14 days of receipt. Here you’ll find all the information about the terms and conditions and you can easily request an exchange or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
